This is one of a series of AET Training Events offering education, health and social care professionals and parents of pupils on the autism spectrum an opportunity to learn new strategies, share good practice and meet colleagues.

  • Effective strategies to overcome bullying [Sheila Griffin, Specialist Advisory Teacher, North Yorkshire]
  • Successfully managing challenging behaviour [Ronnie Young, Specialist Consultant and Trainer]
  • Effective strategies in supporting children and young people on the autism spectrum [Interactive panel discussion moderated by Jolanta Lasota, Chief Executive, Treehouse]
  • One-to-one advisory clinics will be available
