Dates announced: AET Conference and Roadshows
01/09/09
The Autism Education Trust (AET) is pleased to announce the
dates of its latest series of events, which will begin with a conference in
Leeds on 22nd October, followed by roadshows around the country and
another conference in London in January 2010.
Building on the success of the roadshows earlier this year,
this series of one-day events will bring together a range of key-note speakers
and practical workshop sessions. The events will focus on the broad theme
‘Transitions’, which is a crucial topic in the case of children and young
people on the autism spectrum.
The events are aimed at all those working in the autism
education sector, the schools workforce, local authority representatives,
health professionals, adults and young people with autism and their parents and
carers to share experiences and good practice in autism education.
