A new blog by SEN lawyer David Wolfe aims to answer any legal questions on academies and free schools, with a focus on the SEN perspective. The site has a whole section on SEN, as well as admissions, exclusions, curriculum and discrimination. David Wolfe is the former Chair of the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal and he welcomes questions and comments.
