The Family Rights Group is seeking input into a major survey among family and friend carers. This is the most far-reaching UK survey ever to examine the experiences, views and circumstances of family and friends bringing up children who are not their son or daughter, but are connected to them (e.g. a grandchild, sibling or friend’s child). They aim to collect responses from over 500 family and friend carers and use these findings to inform policy and practice at a local and national level.
