This training course aims to increase the participants understanding of autism while providing a wide range of approaches, strategies and systems aimed at developing good autism practice in a range of areas including for example: increasing engagement, reducing anxiety, adapting learning environments, promoting independence, structuring and personalising learning.
It is suitable for staff who work with and / or support colleagues who work with children on the spectrum in both mainstream and specialist settings.
