Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results driven individual with experience of Marketing and website CMS systems to join our team as a Customer Service and Marketing Coordinator.
You will be responsible for ensuring all support requests and incidents are dealt with in a timely manner and customer expectations are managed throughout the lifecycle by managing the AET help-desk. You will support the implementation of the marketing and communications strategy and associated plan (including social media plan) in support of the Autism Education Trust business plan. You will also be updating and monitoring social media channels and analyse activity and carry out PR activity (press releases, adverts, and publicity).
To be successful, you will have strong interpersonal communication skills and customer service skills. You will need to be organised and display strong analytical skills. You will also need to have good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
This is a Full-Time permanent contract.
