- Visit all of the colleges that you are interested in. You can attend one of their open days or contact the SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) or Disability Support Officer for an individual visit.
- When you visit a college it is useful to have a list of the things that are important to you. This might include that the subjects you enjoy are available to study or that they offer the support that you need. Everyone has different priorities.
- Take a member of your family or a trusted friend along with you so that you can discuss the colleges with them to help you make your decision.
