What is the Professional Development Programme
The Professional Development Programme is a culture change programme based on training modules and Framework Documents across all phases of education - early years, schools and post-16.
AET trainers deliver bespoke training sessions either face-to-face or virtually, using a range of teaching methods to form an essential part of your continuing professional development (CPD).
